Depending on what stage you’re at in the planning process, you may know exactly what you want and be totally ready, or you may be feeling a little overwhelmed! Planning your wedding can be an intense process but it should also be a fun one! So long as we have the majority of your event details nailed down about 3-4 weeks before your day, everything is fine!
At the bottom of this page you’ll find links to forms for DJ Services, MC Services and Key Moment Song Selections. Once you know what you’re after, simply fill out the forms which are relevant to your booking and we’re good to go! Don’t forget you are welcome to contact us whenever and as often as you like, we’ll always try to reply within 24 hours.

For All Bookings We Will Need
- An approximate timeline of the day- Venue information for each performance location, including addresses, accessibility and parking tips, and whether there is access to power/wifi- Performance start and end times
If You Have Booked Us To Perform At Your Ceremony We Will Need:
o Song selections for your Processional, Signing and Recessional using our song selection form.
If You Have Booked Us To DJ We Will Need:
o A completed copy of our DJ form
o Song selections for things like Bridal Party Entrances, First Dance, Father/Daughter Dance, Cake Cutting, Bouquet/Garter Toss, Final Songs using our Song Selections Form
If You Have Booked Us To MC We Will Need:
o A completed copy of our MC form
